Areas of Expertise
I have a master's degree in social work and child development from NYU and Sarah Lawrence College. I have experience supporting adults, parents, and families through a wide range of emotional and relational challenges.
My work is informed by attachment-based and relational approaches, and I am trained in Good Inside, the parenting framework developed by clinical psychologist Dr. Becky Kennedy. This training shapes how I support parents in understanding behavior, managing big emotions, and building strong, connected relationships with their children.
I integrate this lens thoughtfully and flexibly, tailoring my work to each individual and family rather than relying on one-size-fits-all solutions.
My Approach
My work is rooted in the belief that you are not broken--- you’re responding to your experiences in understandable ways. Using a relational and psychodynamic approach, in therapy we’ll work to:
-
Understand patterns with curiosity rather than criticism
-
Build emotional awareness and resilience
-
Strengthen your relationships with yourself and others
-
Develop tools that support real, lasting change
I aim to create a space that feels thoughtful, steady, and supportive where growth happens at a pace that feels right for you.
